"The essence of my work is organic in form and often references botanicals. Pieces are influenced by imagery in nature and created using elements from the earth. I imagine the rigidity of man made structures blending in a new way with the organic forms and lines of the natural world."

Debbie is owner/operator of Clayworx Studios in Pittsboro where she provides instruction in ceramic design and pottery. Debbie creates functional pottery and ceramic sculpture in her studio in Chapel Hill.
